Bowls Auckland is proud to announce the representatives selected to compete in the 2025 National Intercentre, set to take place from 13-16 March in Wellington. This prestigious event is one of the most fiercely contested tournaments on the bowls calendar, with 25 regions battling it out in Men’s and Women’s Singles, Pairs, and Fours disciplines.

A strong squad, ready for the challenge

Head Selector Alison Rennie highlighted the importance of preparation, noting how February’s Premier Octagonal provided valuable insight into player form and team combinations.

“The Premier Octagonal was a key lead-up event for us. It allowed us to assess different combinations and fine-tune our approach. Our Men’s team, in particular, is a dynamic mix of experienced heads and fresh talent, and we’re excited to see them take on this challenge.”

With a blend of proven performers and rising stars, the Auckland squad is set to bring skill, strategy, and determination to the national stage.
