Today, Auckland Bowls is releasing its playing schedule for the 2021-2022 season.  There have been some changes made to some events that you should take note of:

Women’s Premier Singles

• New date – this event has moved to 22-23 October.
• The date has been changed so it can be played over Labour Weekend which enables players from out of Auckland to compete and return home on Labour Monday.
• Our intention is this event will be played on grass.

Auckland Mixed Pairs 2-4-2

• New date – this event has moved to 27-29 December.
• The change of date will free up a weekend for club events.
• It is played prior to the National Singles and Pairs event.

All 1-5 Year open events

• All 1-5 Year events will be played through September on artificial greens.
• Pairs, Triples and Fours disciplines will be any combination.

National Interclub 7s

• This event will now be played over two days only, on 5-6 March.
• The change to the number of days will free up a weekend for club events.

Presidents Day

• New date – this event has moved to 3 October.

Under 26 Pairs

• This is a new age group tournament for under 26-year-olds.
• The date is 28-29 August 2021.
• It will be any combination pairs.
• This event will have great prize money!
• This event will develop and provide recognition for all our talented younger players across New Zealand.
