This morning’s quarter-final matches have been tight.  Here are the results

The first team through to the semi-finals are James Williams and Kimberley Hemingway, beating Petar Sain and Karen de Jong – a Carlton Cornwall derby, with a 20-5 victory.  Both teams drew beautifully to the jack however, this score doesn’t reflect the quality of the bowls played during this match.  Both James and Kimberley converted some amazing shots to ward off their opponents.

Their opponents in the semi-final are Agnes Motu and Teo Terua winning against the Pt Chevalier team of Nick Bell and Jenny Jones 19-11.

The second semi-final sees a fantastic matchup between the Pt Chevalier combinations of Alex Reed and Jenny Stockford playing Colin Williams and Tessa Farley.  Both these teams won their quarter-final matches comfortably.
