There was a golden glow that remained after the Aotearoa National Bowls Championships were concluded at the Paritutu greens in New Plymouth yesterday.

A brilliant bloom of warmth was evident from the hundreds of participants who enjoyed the weekend.

The satisfaction extended to the organisers and many volunteers and then to the winners, Paula Meredith (Whanganui A Tara) and Darren Goodin (Taranaki) and their respective teams.
