Bowls Auckland is excited to announce the Premier and Development squads for the upcoming quad fixture on Sunday, 29 September, where Auckland will face Bay of Plenty, Northland, and North Harbour in what we think will be an action-packed start to the season.

Like the 1-5 Year teams named last week, these two teams have a blend of experience and emerging talent. Head Selector Alison Rennie expressed her confidence in the squads:

“These players have proven skills and their abilities, combined with a strong sense of teamwork, will make them a formidable force.”

Rennie emphasised the importance of team dynamics, stating that the focus has been on selecting players who will excel, not only individually but also as part of a cohesive unit. “We’re building squads around adaptability and the ability to work as a team. We’re confident they’ll rise to the challenge.”

The squads are now in final preparations, focusing on fine-tuning their game plans as the fixture draws closer. Best of luck to all players!
