This morning’s rainy drizzle has made way for sunshine as round 2 got underway at Remuera Bowling Club.

Congratulations we have two new champs for round 2.

Firstly congrats to Sue Curran and Paula Kempthorne from St Heliers who this afternoon won the Ryman Healthcare Auckland Women’s Pairs defeating Alison Rennie and Linda Ralph from Carlton Cornwall, 15-14.

Our second congrats, and second new champs are Chris Lowe and Jordan King, who won the Ryman Healthcare Auckland Men’s Pairs against Royal Oak’s Mike Galloway and Martin Dixon, 17-12.

A round of great wins.

In the Ryman Healthcare Auckland Men’s Singles Semi-Finals it was hard luck for youngster Liam Hill (Royal Oak) who went down tp Michael Reive (Papatoetoe Hunters Corner) 21-12.  Michael progresses to the Final against Darral Gordon (Otahuhu Railway).
