To support the delivery of our new Performance Strategy, we are thrilled to welcome the representative officials for the 2024-2025 season!

We’ve made some exciting changes, including extending Les Eagleton’s role as Coach Developer into the Performance space. Les is set to identify and nurture performance coaches to support our current team officials and the players of tomorrow.

Peter Blucher, after his awesome contribution to the 1-5 Year Programme, will now assist Neville Hill with the Premier and Development Men’s sides. Robyn Reihana steps in to replace Peter as the 1-5 Year Head Coach/Selector following a stellar first year in 2023-2024. Robyn will be supported by Les Smith and Brendon Walton as Coaches/Co-selectors and Robyn Fisher as Manager.

CEO Dean Bartlett shared his enthusiasm, stating, “We are grateful to those appointed and excited to support them this season. We have introduced a new Strategy and enhanced some of our policies, including our selection policy, which we hope will lead to better outcomes both on and off the green.” 

This year, the rep playing calendar has been enhanced to provide more opportunities for identified players to develop both on and off the green. To support this programme, we plan to deliver more specialised coaching, potentially involving coaches outside the appointed team officials.
