Last Sunday (10 March 2024), our Auckland 1-5 Rep team brought the heat to the Quad 2 Series, leaving their mark with an outstanding performance against Northland, North Harbour and Waikato!

The Men kicked off the action with a nail-biting 2-1 win against Waikato, proving their mettle in a fierce battle. They then showed their dominance with a resounding 2.5 vs 0.5 victory over Northland and a flawless 3-0 triumph over North Harbour. Way to go, gentlemen!

But the excitement didn’t stop there! Our Women displayed their skill with style, claiming a solid 2-1 victory over Waikato and leaving no doubt with back-to-back 3-0 sweeps against Northland and North Harbour. Talk about a performance ladies!

And let’s not forget the wise words of Head Selector Peter Blucher, who couldn’t be prouder of our teams, “It’s not just about the wins, but the resilience shown under pressure and the impeccable decision-making when it mattered most. That’s what champions are made of!”

As we bid farewell to our incredible year 7 and 5 players transitioning into the senior ranks next year, let’s celebrate their remarkable journey and the bright future ahead for our upcoming players!
